Each valuation is carried out by a CWH Surveyor who is an RICS member and regulated under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme. They will assess the overall condition of the property, the way it was built, its size and location.
Using their expertise and knowledge of the area and the local housing market, they will evaluate the property and advise how it compares in value to similar properties nearby.
Our surveyors are based across Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, North Norfolk, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Staffordshire, West Midlands, and Yorkshire.
They combine local property knowledge with surveying expertise for accurate and realistic valuation reports of residential buildings.
