Delivery and Refund Policy


We anticipate that you are satisfied with the report you pay for, if you are not please let us know and we can provide for you our complaints procedure. Upon compliance and conclusion with this procedure we will refund the fee plus vat to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the survey.


Our delivery policy is set out in section U of the General Terms and conditions issued to you and outlined below.


We aim to issue the report to you within 5 working days from the date of the inspection. Delivery of the report will be to the client/s named on the terms and conditions form and their nominated legal representative and is intended for their sole use. The client agrees to keep the report confidential under the restrictions set out in Section N of the terms and conditions.

To help reduce our carbon footprint we prefer to deliver all reports by email. Please provide us with your email address on Page 5 of the terms and conditions and the report will be emailed. A copy will be emailed to your Solicitor upon request.
